About the TOPPAN Email Newsletter

1. Subscription

Subscribers are required to provide a valid email address and any other requested information accurately when subscribing to the newsletter. TOPPAN may decline or restrict a subscription where necessary due to applicable laws or regulations, regional restrictions, business conditions or potential conflicts of interest.

2. Fees

The TOPPAN email newsletter is provided free of charge. Subscription to the newsletter will not automatically be converted into a paid service.

3. Use of personal information.

When TOPPAN requests personal information from users, the purpose for collecting that information will be clearly stated. Personal information provided by users will be used only for the stated purposes. Users may choose not to provide some or all requested personal information; however, this may limit TOPPAN's ability to provide certain services.

4. Unsubscribe

Subscribers may unsubscribe from the TOPPAN email newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided on the website or in each newsletter. Please note that unsubscribe requests cannot be submitted by replying to the email address used to send the newsletter unless otherwise stated. It may take up to two (2) weeks for an unsubscribe request or subscription change to be fully reflected in our systems. During this period, you may continue to receive newsletter communications. Once an email address has been unsubscribed, personal information collected specifically for the newsletter subscription will be handled in accordance with TOPPAN's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

5. Use of Personal Information

Personal information provided during newsletter subscription will be used only for purposes related to the newsletter service, including:
● (i) Delivering the TOPPAN email newsletter to subscribers; and● (ii) Maintaining and improving the newsletter delivery service.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information to third party

TOPPAN will not disclose subscribers' personal information to third parties except as described in the applicable Privacy Policy or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

7. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on the TOPPAN’s website

TOPPAN's Privacy Policy also applies to the processing of personal information in connection with the email newsletter service.
If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use for the email newsletter and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy will govern.
